At &you, we believe that healthcare is more than just treatment. It is about connection, support, and shared progress. This Friday, October 3, we are taking that belief from online to on the ground with the launch of the first &you Run Club in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

This new initiative is open to everyone and built around one mission: to build, connect, and cultivate belonging through movement.

From Telehealth Platform to Health Community

When people think of &you, they often think of our telehealth services such as doctor consultations, weight loss treatments, hair regrowth, and sexual health solutions. We are proud to make access to healthcare in the Philippines more private, convenient, and accessible.

But our mission goes beyond digital care. We are not only a telehealth brand; we are a wellness community.

The launch of the &you Run Club marks a new chapter in our journey, one where we bring people together in person to encourage healthier, more connected lives. True healthcare extends beyond prescriptions. It is about creating spaces for people to grow, feel seen, and take active steps toward better well-being together.

Why a Run Club

Running is one of the most inclusive and accessible forms of movement. You do not need expensive gear or years of experience to start just a good pair of shoes and a willingness to move. For many, running becomes a mental reset, a way to relieve stress, and a gateway to better overall health.

The &you Run Club is designed for beginners and casual runners. There are no pace requirements, no competition, and no pressure. The focus is on participation, connection, and progress, not perfection.

More Than a Run, a Movement Toward Community

The &you Run Club is not a one-time event. It is the first step in building a health and wellness ecosystem based on trust and togetherness.

Our goal is simple. We want to create a space where everyone feels welcome to begin or continue their wellness journey. Whether you are running your first kilometer or your fiftieth, this club is about encouragement, friendship, and shared motivation.

We want people to come together not as patients or clients but as individuals who share the same goal of living and feeling better.

A New Chapter in Accessible Healthcare

This launch marks an important evolution for &you. We started by bringing healthcare closer to Filipinos through telehealth. Now, we are bringing it closer to their everyday lives.

Healthcare should not feel out of reach or disconnected from real life. By hosting runs in BGC, we are showing that accessibility means being present in person, in the community, and in the conversation around health.

As &you grows, our commitment stays the same. We aim to make healthcare not just more convenient but more human. Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens when people come together with shared purpose and support.

Join the &you Run Club and take your first step toward better health, connection, and community.

How Sugar Is Affecting Your Testosterone, Hair, and Weight in the Philippines

Dr. Quincy Raya in Daily Health

Sugar consumption affects three key health areas that many people in the Philippines struggle with daily. When someone eats too much sugar, their body releases insulin to control blood sugar levels, but high insulin can decrease testosterone production, contribute to weight gain, and  worsen hair loss . These effects happen to both men and women, though the symptoms may show up differently.

Many Filipino men tend to delay medical visits until symptoms appear, but this approach can miss early warning signs of serious conditions. Regular health screenings  at ages 30, 40, and 50 help detect diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer before they become life-threatening. The specific tests a man needs change as he ages, with different health risks emerging at each decade.

How Alcohol Is Quietly Destroying Filipino Men's Health

Dr. Quincy Raya in Daily Health

Most Filipino men think alcohol only damages the liver, but this belief misses a much bigger problem. Alcohol caused more than 24,500 deaths in the Philippines in 2021, with men experiencing 21.1 deaths per 100,000 from liver cirrhosis alone and a staggering 136 deaths per 100,000 from cancer. The  Department of Health has stated there is no safe level of alcohol consumption , yet many Filipino men continue drinking without understanding the full range of  health risks  they face.
